Must be at least 18 years or older to purchase.

All sales are final.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion.

All purchases or holds are on a first come, first serve basis.

Ordering/Payment

Paypal, E-Transfer

To place your order, please reach out via email with the animal ID and shipping address. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your order and provide the shipping cost.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.

We will hold any animal(s) for up to 30 days with a 50% non-refundable deposit. If full payment has not been received within 30 days, the order is void and the deposit is forfeited.

Shipping

Local pickups in the Kingston, Ontario area can be arranged.

CANGeckos uses Reptile Express for all shipments and the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees. If interested in a gecko, please provide the “ship to” address and we will provide a shipping quote and potential shipping date using Reptile Express.

On the date the geckos are scheduled to arrive, the buyer must be available at the location on the shipping label to receive the package.

Shipping can be delayed due to extreme weather, feeding schedules or personal conflicts.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Guarantee

We guarantee all animals are healthy and alive on arrival. You must be at the delivery location to accept the package. If no one is available at delivery location to receive the animal at the time of delivery, this guarantee is void. Guarantee does not include a dropped tail during shipping.

If the animal is deceased upon arrival, you must contact us immediately after delivery (no more than 2 hours) with at least one full color photo of the deceased gecko. We may request additional, specific photos. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued for the animal. Do not discard the deceased gecko until instructed to do so by CANGeckos.

Sexing

All sexes marked specifically male or female are guaranteed to be the sex advertised. Temperature sexed geckos can not be guaranteed and are listed as TSM (temperature sexed male), or TSF (temperature sexed female). If we have sexed any animals incorrectly, they can be return shipped for a full refund, credit or replacement. Please note that any return shipping costs will be paid for by customer and reimbursed once we can verify the sex of the animal.

Hets

We guarantee that all 100% hets are truly heterozygous for the trait listed. All animals listed with possible hets are not guaranteed to carry the designated recessive trait. In the event that a 100% het animal does not prove out, we will provide a credit for the original animal's sales price. No refunds will be issued in the unlikely event of this situation.
